Our one-night stay at Sentinel Villa was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, even our fur baby Freyja. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the sauna/cold plunge tub in the cedar trees was pure magic. The view of Kootenay Lake from our room was breathtaking, and we took full advantage of the hot tub and sauna overlooking the lake. The grounds were immaculately kept, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and can't wait to visit again!

I had the most incredible stay at Sentinel Villa. The location on the shore of Kootenay Lake was absolutely stunning, with each room offering breathtaking views. I was able to relax in the hot tub and sauna, both overlooking the lake, and it was pure bliss. The wood fire sauna added a special touch to the experience. The French chef, Andrea, was an absolute gem and made us feel like royalty. The food was beyond amazing, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the resort was impeccable. I also loved the cozy lounging areas, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or a good book. Stargazing was a highlight, and the proximity to Fletcher Falls made for a great outdoor adventure. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional location, luxurious amenities, and top-notch service.

The location by the lake and mountains was incredibly relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and important, especially the incredible French chef Andrea. We can't wait to go back and try out the kayaks and canoes.
The breakfast was fantastic, but it would have been even better if they offered a wider variety of options.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly brewed coffee. We also enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars, which was a truly magical experience.
We were disappointed that there were no TVs in the rooms, as we would have liked to unwind with some evening entertainment. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning or fans in the rooms made it quite uncomfortable during the day.
